For us, Gaspésie is a synonym for wide open spaces, vast forests, coastal landscapes and of course the famous Chic-Chocs! When we talk about the tour of the Gaspésie by quad, it is for many quad riders the ultimate ride, the one that we must, live at least once in our life.
For my part, I will have the chance to live this beautiful adventure once again next week. Indeed, for the fifth time, I will join 27 other quad riders for this 1400 km trip around the Gaspé Peninsula. No need to tell you that I am excited just at the idea of leaving for a 7 day quad ride in this mythical region.
The Gaspé Peninsula offers a wide variety of trail types to the quad rider, from the big forest road to the small narrow trail on the side of the mountain. You really have to experience it to understand the spirit of adventure that invades us at every turn.
The Gaspésie is also a beautiful landscape that unfolds all along our journey. It is a mixture of mountains, vast forest cover, rivers with clear waters and breathtaking viewpoints like those of Mont-Saint-Pierre or Mont-Louis.
Of course, it is also an opportunity to live unique moments with other quad enthusiasts. Over the next week, the InfoQuad.com team will publish daily reports that I will prepare for you.
