Last summer, I had the opportunity to test the all-new 2025 UFORCE U10 PRO Highland from CFMOTO. I had already heard plenty of positive feedback about it, but I was eager to find out for myself whether this full-size side-by-side could live up to the hype.

CFMOTO Redefines Comfort with the 2025 UFORCE U10 PRO Highland
I have to admit that CFMOTO genuinely impresses me. Both with the breadth of its lineup and the overall quality of its products. With the all-new UFORCE U10 PRO Highland, the Chinese manufacturer offers a premium enclosed-cab side-by-side. Air conditioning, heating, power windows, a connected display, a power-assisted dump box, and much more! Although it is designed primarily for work, it almost feels like stepping into a luxury pickup truck.

A Three-Cylinder Engine That Changes the Game
Under the hood sits a 998 cc three-cylinder engine. It produces 88 horsepower and 69 lb-ft (≈94 Nm) of torque. From the moment it started, I was truly impressed by the engine’s smoothness and quiet operation. I also noticed very little vibration and an extremely linear power delivery. Just the way I like it!

In addition, the OmniDrive CVT transmission found in the 2025 UFORCE U10 PRO Highland is exceptionally smooth. In my experience, it delivers power progressively and without surprises. Want to know how gear changes are made? Simply press one of the buttons on the electronic E-Shift selector. It couldn’t be easier! Goodbye, stiff gear lever. Hello, simple and precise controls!
A Utility Vehicle Built for Every Season

During my test, I was able to drive the UFORCE U10 PRO in the middle of summer on trails and access roads within a ZEC. Believe me when I say, the factory-sealed cab works exceptionally well! I really enjoyed travelling in cool comfort without any dust intrusion. In this regard, the Hangzhou-based manufacturer can hold their head high on any of the most expensive North American models.
Some Interesting Features of the 2025 UFORCE U10 PRO Highland
Heating and Air Conditioning (HVAC)
Personally, I found the HVAC system effective for my needs. Even better, both temperature and fan speed can be adjusted easily using a simple control knob.
Power Windows and Tilting Windshield
The 2025 UFORCE U10 PRO Highland comes equipped with power windows, a power tilting windshield, and a sliding rear window. The power windows operate just like those in a regular vehicle, while the sliding rear window works exactly like the one found in a pickup truck.
The power tilting tempered-glass windshield also includes a windshield wiper and washer system. Both features are extremely useful for maintaining visibility in all conditions. Furthermore, the windshield opens and closes quickly and smoothly, and it can remain partially open while driving.

Sound-Insulated Roof Liner
The sound-insulated roof liner effectively reduces noise while adding a premium finishing touch to the vehicle.
Leather Seats
I really like the leather seats in this side-by-side. Besides being easy to clean, they provide a stylish, ranch-inspired appearance.

Integrated Audio System
You will certainly appreciate the integrated audio system in the 2025 UFORCE U10 PRO Highland. Personally, I enjoy being able to connect my phone easily to listen to music and receive calls. The 8 in. RideSync touchscreen with Apple CarPlay is attractive, intuitive, and quick to use. Access your music, GPS navigation, and diagnostic screen with a single tap. It feels very much like the systems found in modern automobiles.
LED Headlights and Reverse Lights
The LED headlights with integrated turn signals perform very well. Not to mention the rear reverse lights, which I believe are an especially thoughtful addition.

The Impressive Utility Capabilities of the 2025 UFORCE U10 PRO Highland

Beyond its appearance, CFMOTO has certainly not overlooked the utility side of the 2025 UFORCE U10 PRO Highland. In fact, this side-by-side offers several features that make it exceptionally capable of demanding work:
- The power-assisted dump box offers a capacity of 1,000 lb.
- The vehicle has a towing capacity of 2,500 lb.
- Its synthetic-rope winch can pull up to 4,500 lb.

- A full-size skid plate protects the entire underside of the vehicle.
- Two power modes are available: Work and Normal. Both can be selected easily at the touch of a button.
- A dual-range transmission (High/Low).
- Powerful four-wheel disc brakes provide an excellent braking feel.
- A 150-amp alternator is ideal for powering accessories and equipment.
- 2WD/4WD/4WD differential lock selector. My lawn certainly appreciated the Turf R-Lock mode. This feature unlocks the rear differential to help protect delicate surfaces while moving this 1,742 lb (≈790 kg) giant.
The 2025 UFORCE U10 PRO Highland is built on a robust-looking chassis riding on attractive 14-inch wheels. Combined with its 29-inch tires, it offers an impressive 12.9 in. of ground clearance. With that much clearance, you will be able to tackle a wide variety of obstacles confidently.
As for suspension, this utility side-by-side delivers 11 inches of front travel and 10.2 in. of rear travel. That is more than enough to absorb rough forest trails comfortably, even while hauling a load.
Against the Competition

In the climate-controlled cab segment, the UFORCE U10 PRO Highland competes directly against the Polaris Ranger XP 1,000 NorthStar ($37,969) and the Can-Am Defender Limited HD11 ($41,999).
This CFMOTO side-by-side starts at $32,474. With comparable equipment, the price difference exceeds $5,000. Enough to make many buyers stop and think.
My Verdict on the 2025 UFORCE U10 PRO Highland

The 2025 UFORCE U10 PRO Highland checks all the boxes of a modern four-season utility vehicle. Its premium cab, high-quality finish, smooth engine, power-assisted dump box, extensive equipment package, and outstanding value all stand out. This luxurious utility side-by-side from CFMOTO is likely to appeal to workers and farmers looking to stay warm during winter without putting their bank accounts on ice.
The Highlights
- Factory-installed full cab with HVAC system;
- Outstanding equipment-to-price ratio;
- Smooth and quiet 998 cc three-cylinder engine;
- Power-assisted dump box;

Things to Watch
- New technologies (OmniDrive clutch and E-Shift selector):
While confidence-inspiring, long-term reliability remains to be proven. - Door retention cables:
My test unit experienced a minor issue. - Heavier than an open utility vehicle:
That is understandable given the fully enclosed cab. - Engine heat radiates through the centre seat:
What may become annoying in summer could also be appreciated in winter.
