CFMOTO has come a long way over the past decade. Indeed, the manufacturer has continually worked to improve the quality of its vehicles. Today, it offers a complete range that meets the needs of a large majority of quad enthusiasts. In this article, I present the main features of the new CFORCE 1000 Overland, CFORCE Touring, and CFORCE 800 Touring 2025 models.

Improvements to the CFORCE 1000 and CFORCE 800 in 2025

The CFORCE 1000 and CFORCE 800 have undergone a redesign this year. In addition to the aesthetically pleasing design, the manufacturer promises increased power and torque. These models are also more maneuverable and offer greater loading capacity.

New 963 CC Engine for the CFORCE 1000

Thus, the “Overland” and “Touring” editions of the CFORCE 1000 are powered by a 963 cc twin-cylinder engine. This engine has also received some improvements. It is immediately noticeable that the compression ratio has increased from 10.6:1 to 10.8:1. This suggests that the ignition and fuel systems have likely been revised.

The manufacturer claims that this is a completely new engine. However, upon reviewing the specifications, it seems more like a revision of the engine offered in previous years.

The power of this engine increases from 74 hp in 2024 to 84 hp in 2025, representing a nearly 15% gain. Its transmission has been upgraded from a CVTech clutch system to a CFMOTO OmniDrive system. The manufacturer states that the new transmission responds more smoothly, provides power more efficiently, and has a longer belt life.

CFORCE 800 Touring: More Power in 2025

For 2025, the CFORCE XC 2024 model is replaced by the CFORCE 800 Touring. The engine power increases from 60 hp to 70 hp, a 16% gain. Again, it is unclear whether this is a completely new engine or a significant revision of the engine from previous years.

Features of the CFORCE 1000 and CFORCE 800 2025

These models are also equipped with the Dynamic Downhill Assist system. This acts as an engine brake and makes it easier to stay in control on steep descents.

It is worth noting that, for the CFORCE 1000 and CFORCE 800, the ground clearance has increased from 285 mm (11 in) to 300 mm (11.8 in). The turning radius has also improved, from 3.0 m (149.6 in) to 3.5 m (137.7 in). Additionally, the loading capacity has more than doubled!

The only downside is that the fuel tank capacity has decreased from 28 litres to 26 litres. However, if the engine is more fuel-efficient, this should not negatively affect the range.

In terms of tires, brakes, and suspension, the specifications remain the same as the 2024 models.

Advanced Connectivity on the CFORCE 1000 and 800

The CFORCE 1000 Overland, CFORCE Touring, and CFORCE 800 Touring 2025 models are equipped with a 7-inch screen. This screen offers Bluetooth connectivity with your smartphone, opening up a host of features. In addition to managing your music library, it is possible to track real-time parameters and performance levels of your quad.
